Born and raised in the remote farmlands of South Africa, Naomi Lex King grew up more familiar with timber and cattle than fashion and celebrities, until she was catapulted into the international modeling industry as a teen during her first Paris show season, where she walked for Dior, John Galliano, Issey Miyake, Kenzo, and Alexander McQueen. In between traveling the world modeling, she gained two undergraduate degrees in Philosophy and English Literature, and an MS in Neuroscience and Psychology at King’s College London. She then decided to cut her teeth in acting (as Lex King - thanks SAG), where she starred as Aphrodite in the Netflix/BBC series “Troy: Fall of a City”, as well as performing alongside Ethan Hawke and Daveed Diggs in the Showtime mini-series “The Good Lord Bird”, and recurring on Disney’s “The Mysterious Benedict Society”. During the six years she was based in Los Angeles working in the motion industry, she began producing beauty and fashion commercials, which brought her to her now home, New York City. In her downtime, Naomi boxes (which she is very good at and absolutely loves) and surfs (which she is not very good at, but also absolutely loves).
